1. Sample Shops
Sample shops displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only. They are intended to demonstrate how the Warmlink platform works and do not represent actual creator storefronts or live affiliate offerings. Sample product recommendations shown are based on publicly available information and may not reflect real-time availability, pricing, or affiliate program status.
2. No Endorsement or Affiliation
The use of any creator’s name, likeness, or public content on this website does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership with Warmlink. References to creators or public figures are used solely for illustrative purposes to demonstrate platform capabilities.
3. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand names referenced on this website belong to their respective owners. Warmlink claims no ownership of or affiliation with any third-party trademarks unless explicitly stated. Use of these marks is for identification and reference purposes only and does not imply any association or endorsement.
4. Affiliate Disclosure
Warmlink is an affiliate commerce platform. When visitors click on product links in creator shops and make purchases, the creator and Warmlink may earn a commission at no additional cost to the buyer. These affiliate relationships may influence which products appear in a creator’s shop. In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we disclose that Warmlink and its creators may receive compensation for purchases made through affiliate links on the platform.
For more information, see the FTC’s guidelines on endorsements at ftc.gov.
5. Publisher Statement for Affiliate Programs
This section is for merchants and affiliate managers evaluating Warmlink as a publisher. It sets out what we are, what we do with your brand, and what we will not do. If you need something in writing for a compliance review, this page is the citable version.
5.1 What Warmlink is
Warmlink is a content publisher. We hold the affiliate relationship with you directly, and we are the attribution of record: your affiliate link lives on a page we host at warmlink.io, and the tracked click fires from our domain. Creators curate shops that we publish. They are traffic sources who send visitors to our pages; they never hold, receive, or display your affiliate link, and nothing is sublicensed to them. You have one publisher relationship, with us.
5.2 What we are not
- Not a coupon or deal site. We publish only codes a merchant has given us through the program, and prefer none at all — attribution runs through the affiliate link, not a code. We do not bid on coupon keywords.
- Not a cashback or incentive site. We do not offer buyers money, points, rebates, or rewards to click or purchase. Buyers are not compensated in any form.
- Not a reseller or distributor. We never take title to your product. Customers buy from you, on your checkout, under your terms.
- Not a paid-search arbitrageur. Neither we nor our creators bid on your brand name, trademarks, or misspellings, or point paid advertising at your site.
5.3 What we do with your terms
We read program agreements and record what they require. Where a program’s terms are incompatible with how we operate — for example a requirement that partners perform sales work, a restriction on promoting competing products, or a program that pays for enquiries rather than purchases — we withhold that program rather than promote it and hope. Where terms permit something on written request, we ask first.
Stated honestly: this coverage is partial. Not every affiliate network exposes program terms to publishers, and where we cannot obtain a document we treat the program as unreviewed rather than assume it is acceptable. If your terms are not where we can read them, tell us and we will.
5.4 What we require of our creators
Our Terms of Service bind every member. In summary, a creator may name your product and say why they recommend it, and may link to their shop. A creator may not reproduce your logo, banners, or product photography in their own channels; may not place your affiliate link anywhere outside our site; may not bid on your brand in paid search; may not use your name in a domain, handle, or page name; may not claim to represent or be endorsed by you; and may not earn on their own purchases. Breach can cost a creator their account and any commission involved.
5.5 Removal, on request
If you would prefer we did not carry your program, write to us and we will switch it off. Removal takes it out of search, browse, and every shop that already contains it, including ones published before your request. We do not require a reason and will not argue the point.
