How do you ensure our brand won't end up next to inappropriate content or creators?
Every shop lives on our platform. Our standards. Not scattered across the web. We vet creators at onboarding. We maintain clear guidelines. We remove shops that violate policies. Your offers only appear in shops we've approved.
What about brand adjacency: who else will our products appear alongside?
Smart grouping. That's the answer. Our shop intelligence matches your offers with complementary brands in the same niche. Not random junk. Think specialty store shelving: a kitchen gadget brand sits alongside cookware, recipe apps, and culinary tools. Not beauty products. Not finance offers. Shoppers arrive with intent. They see a cohesive collection. They convert better. You benefit from context, not noise.
What prevents a creator from misusing trademarks or brand names in their shop?
Our AI analyzes their audience, content, and taste profile. Then suggests offers that actually fit their voice. Creators review and approve their final shop. They're protecting their own reputation just as much as yours. And misaligned shops don't convert anyway. Zero incentive for junk.
Creators are also prohibited from using trademarked brand names, team names, or other protected marks in their shop names or handles. No "Disney Fan Shop" or "NFL Picks." This is explicit in our creator agreements, and violations can result in immediate shop removal without notice. We're also building automated trademark screening using public USPTO data to catch these proactively.
